meet the author: June Hall McCash

Thursday, March 7, 10:30 a.m. June Hall McCash and Eleanor’s Daughter: A Novel of Marie de Champagne. The author of fourteen books (many about Jekyll Island), her Almost to Eden, won the Georgia Author of the Year award for first novel in 2011. It was followed by Plum Orchard, which was the recipient of the Georgia Author of the Year Award for best novel in 2013. June’s most recent publication is Eleanor’s Daughter, which tells the compelling story of the oldest daughter of Eleanor of Aquitaine. Most of June’s academic career was spent at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She holds both a masters degree and a doctorate from Emory University as well as an undergraduate degree from Agnes Scott College.

The author will be selling copies of her book at the event, and we encourage you to purchase your book there and have it signed by the author. Too many books? Why not purchase one, read it and then donate it for our annual book sale or the library?
