Meet the Author: Pamela Bauer Mueller

EVENT CANCELED TO BE RESCHEDULED Pamela Bauer Mueller and Fly, Fly Away. Three-time winner of Georgia Author of the Year, Pam’s latest book is historical fiction based on a time in the 1960s when more than 14,000 Cuban children were sent away by their families to prevent them from facing Marxist indoctrination in state schools. Known as Operation Pedro Pan, it was founded in Miami by Father Bryan O. Walsh of the Catholic Welfare Bureau, with the help of a private American school in Havana. It’s an inspiring story of the “Underground Railway in the Sky.”

Hearing loop installed and available to hearing aid users with T-switch.
