Roger Jones is a businessman, philanthropist, humanitarian, and avid athlete who has founded numerous business and community organizations. Final Victory is his debut novel—based on a true story--about a bitter, hardened coach, facing his own illness and inner demons, who reluctantly agrees to lead a crew of cancer survivors in their quest for a national championship in a dragon boat race. Ultimately, the race becomes a metaphor for the struggle to survive and a pathway for redemption.
