Julie Bragg and The Brothers of Bragg Jam.

Julie is legendary in Macon for her home-based swim school. Her life affirming memoir details the tragedy that struck when her two sons were killed in a car accident in Texas. However the family managed to get on with their lives and, eventually Bragg Jam, a huge regional music festival, was started in memory of the brothers.

G. J. Ford Bookshop will be selling copies of Ms. Bragg’s book at the event, and we encourage you to purchase your books at the coffee so you can have them signed by the author. Our local independent book store makes many of our author appearances possible. Too many books? Why not purchase one, read it, then donate it to our book sale or the library?
