Kathleen Brewin Lewis: Poet

This gifted poet is the author of two chapbooks of poetry, Fluent in Rivers and July’s Thick Kingdom. Whether writing about growing up in coastal Georgia or fly-fishing in Utah, shucking corn or pruning trees, Kathleen is mindful of the natural world around her and feels the pull and tug of the tide of memory. She’s been a finalist for the Ron Rash Poetry Award and twice nominated for a Pushcart Prize. A graduate of Wake Forest University and of the Master of Arts in Professional Writing program at Kennesaw State University, she’s also Senior Editor of the online literary journal, Flycatcher.
