True American bakers who dreamed of opening a shop together making everything from scratch, Cheryl and Griff opened their business on a bare-bone budget and created Back in the Day Bakery with an emphasis on quality food, great coffee and community. After the ups and downs of running a business and years of hard work, Back in the Day Bakery is now recognized as one of the “must-eat-at-places” in Savannah. They will visit the Guild to talk about their latest book, Back in the Day Bakery Made with Love: More than 100 Recipes and Make-It-Yourself Projects to Create and Share.
